Guesthouse Rules and Regulations

• By staying on the premises, guests accept the house rules.
• Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.
• Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) for mandatory data recording as required by law (VIZA system).

2. Payment and Cancellation

• The accommodation fee must be paid in advance at check-in or as agreed on-site.
• Cancellation policies are included in the booking confirmation. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Visitors and Guest Reception

• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. External visitors may enter only with prior permission and registration.
• Guest visits are only permitted between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

4. Cleanliness and Housekeeping

• Room cleaning is available upon request or every 3 days during longer stays (for an extra fee).
• Please keep both the rooms and common areas clean.
• Waste should be disposed of in the designated bins, with selective waste sorted separately.

5. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs

• Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and all indoor areas. It is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• The possession or use of drugs and any illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in moderation and without disturbing other guests.

6. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please behave respectfully and avoid disturbing other guests during this time.

7. Use of Equipment

• Please use the furnishings and equipment in the rooms and common areas properly.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
• Property belonging to the guesthouse may not be removed from the rooms or the building.

8. Pets

• Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement and for an extra fee. Please inform us at the time of booking.

9. Parking

• The guesthouse does not have its own parking spaces. Several paid parking garages and street parking spots are available nearby. Please contact reception for parking information.

10. Fire and Safety Regulations

• All guests must comply with fire safety regulations.
• Open flames (candles, fire-starting, grilling) are strictly prohibited.

11. Security and Valuables

• Please do not leave valuables unattended. Use the safe provided. The code is included in your booking message.
• Always use the door chain from the inside.
• Do not open the door to strangers.
• The guesthouse is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
• Lost items should be turned in at reception.

12. Complaints and Requests

• If you have any complaints, feedback, or requests, please contact our staff at the reception. We strive to resolve all issues promptly.

13. Additional Information

• TV: All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The remote control is located in the room. Please keep the volume at a level respectful to other guests.
• Air conditioning: Rooms are air-conditioned and can be controlled with the remote. Please turn off the unit when leaving the room.
• Heating: Heating operates automatically based on the preset temperature. If you have a special request regarding room temperature, please contact reception.
